Delivery Service cannot deliver!

I am very unhappy with your courier services; I made contact with them this morning when I could not locate my order number on their online system and they informed me that the delivery was out for today, I have been standing around waiting for the delivery now this afternoon as they said that they would deliver after 12h00. At 16h00 my phone rings once and then cuts off I tried calling back and says busy, then I called their head office and they told me that their drivers don’t have a phone and they would need to reschedule the delivery for Monday as in any case the delivery was only due on Tuesday. Judging from the onslaught of poor reviews on google 135 reviews with a 1.5 rating, I assume that I a not the only one having issues.
