DELIVERY GONE WRONG

My order was delivered to wrong person who is not me and customer care agent dropped the call on me as i was trying to enquire about how my my parcel was given to someone without any proof of confirmation if its me. DON'T SENT ANY PARCELS WITH THEM IF YOU DONT WANT TO CRY. IM LITTERALLY SHAKING WITH ANXIETY!!!@
