Can someone explain to me how my delivery has been consistently going out for delivery however does not reach it destination and there's an excuse that my phone is not reachable or there's no one at the address like how does that make sense when I've never received a call from the driver or seen any car at my gate.

Provide the following evidence:

Exact time of delivery attempt Driver’s name Proof of attempt (call log, GPS pin, photo) Can a supervisor or depot manager contact me —this is clearly a repeated issue.

And this not first time.
