Delivery failures

Worst courier service ever ! My parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 7th - they had the wrong address. I called to correct and was told it would be delivered later that day - no delivery . Called on the 8th and was told it would be delivered later that day . Called at lunchtime was told it was still on track to be delivered at 18.15 - no delivery. When i track the parcel it says it was rescheduled? By whom and why ? Tried to call the call centre on 9th and get a voice recording saying they are open from 9-13.00 but doesn’t ring through so can’t talj to anyone . This was a 21st gift for today so annoying now i have no gift !! I wonder if anyone from even reads or cares about these reviews - seems not
