Delivery failure

Today I was expecting my package to be delivered, a guy from your company called me at 18h26 telling me that he is making deliveries with a small vehicle so he can not come to me and what do I suggest he should do? I told him to do what he must do because I don't know what to tell him to do and he then asked if there's anyone that I know who stays where he was at so that he leaves my package there and I told him there isn't.

What is frustrating me is that how did he take my package if he knows that the vehicle is not suitable to come to my place.

He didn't tell me his name but on Truecaller he appears as Xelani Bombosi his number is ***.

I'm very disappointed with the bad service and would like the company to resolve it. The order/tracking number is SLY3782

And it is not the first time this person does this to me he did it on the 2nd April 2024 he called me at 19h15 telling me that the road is wet of which it wasn't.

Then few minutes later I received the package via a security guard who works where I stay.
