DELIVERY FAILURE

I got an sms that my parcel is out for delivery on Tuesday and the name of the driver and the vehicle's registration number. I was home the whole day and my phone was on. Later that day when I track my parcel it says "couldn't complete delivery" the following day I called Dpd laser and I was told it will be delivered on Thursday and it wasn't delivered. Today is Friday I am tracking the parcel it says it is scheduled for 23 Januqhixh is next week Tuesday. DPD LASER is disappointing. Unfortunately we don't choose the courier company that we would like to use, this one is a NO No. Their incompetence is on another level. Customers cant be complaining about same thing.
