Delivery date keeps changing - ***9

Delivery date keeps changing daily , on Friday the 6th we received an sms that our parcel will be delivered on the 8th of May 2022, but surprisingly it never arrived, when checking on the tracking app, the date changed to the 9th but still no delivery was made, later in the evening when I checked again the date has changed again to the 10th of May, again no delivery arrived, checked again, delivery date changed to the 11th,yet no delivery again. Sent an email to them but didn't get any response, called in to their call center and got told they don't know why the parcel was still seating at their Randburg warehouse, with no reason given then told we will receive an sms.
