Delivery commitments not met by courier and no updates being received

I placed and order with Converse South Africa on the 29th of November 2022, dpd laser received this parcel on the same day and on their tracking website they indicated the parcel will be delivered on Thursday 01 December, Last status update on the tracking site was 01 December indicating that the parcel has been processed, till this day i have not received my parcel, when I send emails to follow up I receive calls asking me what my package contents where and get told i will be called back with an update but that never happens
