Delivery

I was told by the clothing company (Mango) that I will receive my package by the 22nd of August, it is the 28th of August and after calling them for the whole day, receiving no response I was told that I will get my package on the 5th of September. I was not told about this delay and had plans for that package, I as the customer have to make plans to go fetch my package from the head offices in cape town even though I paid for that service
