Delayed service

My package from shien has been sitting with DPD since Sunday they fail to acknowledge how urgent my package is since Sunday my package has been sitting at the depo I have tried to email them I get silence I called them yesterday they said it was out for delivery up until now I received nothing , this is unacceptable
