Delayed service

Ordered from SHEIN and my delivery was assigned to them. They say they haven’t received my order but it’s been 3 days with the status indicating that the order is waiting for pickup from them. Called them to ask if I can be able to do an express delivery to fasten my delivery but they said they haven’t received it. Of course, you haven’t fetched it.
