Delayed Delivery

I have never in my life experience such a horrible service from this courier company and it's customer service Agents who are rude and keep cutting the call after camping on the IVR for hours My package has been saying out for delivery since December 9th, Everytime I contact them,they say it's in the way, wgen I follow up I am being told that I arranged for collection which I never did and they can't tell who arranged that.this was on Friday 12, U then sent an Uber for collection and they refused to give the driver the parcel. Fine I then arranged for delivery on Monday Come Monday morning, I CV called to confirm delivery and they said the order is on the way Hours later I called again, they told me that I arranged for collection agian which is a lie, I dispute that and arranged for another delivery for today the 17th, same thing again today they are telling me that the package is on hold for collection, what nonsense is this?

They agents won't let me speak to the manager instead they drop the call everytime I ask for a senior, the Agents are rude and are not willing to help
