Courier MY FOOT!!!!!

For 2 days my parcel is riding with a driver not in our area when our area is clearly marked on the package. For 2 days I received an sms saying it's out for deliver. For 2 days when I call them they tell me it will be delivered by 18h30. NOW I am informed it's with the wrong driver in an area more than 50km from me and the driver servicing this area is already out for the day. How is this possible that no one can read an address? Now, for 2 days I have lost R450 an hour waiting for them. Who will reimburse me my damages? Im just told oh sorry, we will call you back shortly and nothing happens!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE COURIERS!!!!!!!! Pay a little more and get great service from someone else.
