I have been waiting for 5days for an Update on my Tracking status after they said the parcel is in my town, eventually on day 6 the status changed to Out for Delivery today. I called them several times and eventually just before 5pm someone answered and said it will be delivered before 6h30 and NO ONE ever came to drop of the Parcel!!!
