Courier company operating from a back room

In conjunction with my frustration with Sportsman Warehouse, I would like to say I have received orders from overseas faster than I have received a delivery from this courier company that Sportsman Warehouse uses.

My parcel has scanned at their depot since the 21st of December. Sportsman Warehouse has a delivery policy that stipulates no longer than 3-5 business days, yet today we are well into the new year. A courier company that still wants to enjoy weekends during peak season amazes me. How does Sportsman Warehouse promise to deliver within 5 business days yet has absolutely no control over the delivery of their products? It truly baffles me.

I’m appalled by the lack of urgency at a time when people are buying Christmas gifts for their loved ones.

The two companies should probably have a sit down and align their business policies because all I see is a clash.
