If only it was possible to give a negative star I would. This is by far the worst courier company I have ever come across. The call center agents are rude and have no care for the customer. I wonder if there is any QA on their supposedly recorded calls. For 3 days now, I get an sms every that my package is out for delivery and I wait the whole day. Nobody comes to deliver and no call either but at 5pm I get an sms that delivery could not be completed. I've called like 8 times and no one can give me an answer as why my package is not being delivered.
