There was a package out for. Delivery for me on Friday the 29/08/25, I got a call from the driver saying they were outside, but when going out to check, I found no one,minutes later I got a msg saying the driver is requesting a second OPT on my behalf, then when I tried to call the number provided to say I didn't authorize this the number was "out off service" after that I got a msg stating that the package has been delivered, I am the one who received it which isn't true, i was ****** of my purchase, I have called twice now to find out why this happened still waiting for a response, it been escalated, Dpd please sort this out as it shows that your courier service is not trustworthy
