Consultancy service at DPD Cape Town

I received an email and message to inform me that my parcel was not delivered due to no one being at home. Yet I was at home the whole day waiting for this parcel. They never even called to say they were on their way, or they could not find the address, could I please give them directions.

After calling them, highly irate because that was a complete lie, I eventually got through to a lady called MOENIERAH DOLLIE. Shame the poor lady had to listen to me ranting and raving..long story short, she went out of her way to contact the courier guy, and told him I was at home waiting for the parcel. She then called me back to reassure me the parcel has not been returned to the depot, it is with the right courier guy and should be delivered today (hopefully I will still receive it before the end of the day).

This lady is definitely an asset to DPD as she definitely did not have to go the extra mile after listening to me. I have apologized profusely for being irate and she was so sweet to say it is all in a day's work for her. DPD Cape Town, please appreciate her and her service delivery to your clients, as she is the first person to be so sweet and understanding. I would rate her service 5 stars.
