Completely Useless

Absolutely ****ing pathetic service! I called 9 times during the course of 6 hours for the driver to contact me, my package was time sensitive, needed to be delivered by 3pm, delivery was attempted at 6pm, ****ing useless. I will be holding DPD Laser responsible for the costs inccurred.
