Complaint Regarding Undelivered Parcel

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration regarding the undelivered parcel that I was expecting to receive. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday, they made me to wait the whole day.

There has been no update or communication from their end regarding the delay. I find this lack of information and service highly unacceptable and unprofessional.
