Complaint

Utterly disappointed in this company. I've ordered a few things and one of my packages was incorrect however they manage to get the package and drop it off a day after. Now im still waiting on another package that still has not been delivered as of yet, the driver dropped the package off at the wrong location and thought he retrieved it but it was not my things luckily i checked this while he was still there and handed it back to him. Im still waiting on a package i should have received on the 9th already as the package originally should have been delivered that day. This is the worst company ever wow im appalled at the service I've received and still waiting its the 20th today with no update from anyone, im in the dark as i do not know where the hell my package is.
