Company full of ****s!

A one star is too favourable for this company. they might as well just close down! I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered for 2 weeks now. Failed delivery smses falsely state that "unable to deliver due to address error". My frustration is the fact that they have delivered to my address before without any problems. Now the Manager is now giving a run around saying that she has spoken to the drivers and will contact me back as soon as the parcel is out for delivery, which to date she has not and I am the one who has been making countless follow-up with her.
