Can never recommend DPD laser

I got an sms saying my parcel is out for delivery on a Tuesdays ,i then call them And ask that it gets delivered before 4:30 on that day as i used my work address, the driver calls at 18:00 to tell me they on their way and i explain to him the tile frame and why i had called in to ask for a delivery before half 4 he then tell me he will deliver it first thing in the morning the following day.i waited the whole only for me to call them back and be told that my delivery was rescheduled and will be delivered on the next day.on their website it says that i was not available ,two days later i call again and am told they know nothing about that delivery and the call got dropped it my ear or they muted as i was now talking alone .they are the worst ever and this is not the first time
