By far the worse courier company by far!

I ordered products from a company who uses DPD Laser to courier the package. My package was due for delivery last week Thursday. I cancelled all my appointments to make sure i was at home. Delivery never happened and i received a message stating my package could not be delivered. I emailed them where i was told my address was faulty... it couldn't be as the one they confirmed in the SMS was correct. I however emailed it again to them, got no feedback. I called their number on Friday, spoke to Bonita who advised the driver updated he was here and no one opened. This is an utter lie. No one called me and neither me nor my husband had any messages from the complex gate. Bonita advised she will ask for the package to be delivered Saturday. Once again i stayed at home waiting... Nothing happened. I went on the "link" to see what the tracker was showing. It then showed my package will be delivered today the 6th of June at 20:30???!!! I have emailed them again, asking them for feedback, i got no reply. What type of service is this???? They are by far the most unprofessional courier company by far. I just hope they looked after my package. If they already have a don't care attitude about getting packages out, then it makes me worried about how they will look after the packages. I am very very upset about the service / no service i received so far from them. The driver is appearantly called EVANS SIPHOLOGO.
