I would to share my frustration with this courier company. I ordered clothes from Shein and i was told mida september that my parcel was out for delivery. My parcel was not delivered because of the incorrect postal code. I then contacted their customer services department to amend the adress. They confirmed that they amended the adress and I kept calling them to find out where parcel is and get told that the driver could not deliver due to some systems reason. This is now the 5 time being in contact with them and no help. This is the worst experience that I have never had with the courier company. I would not recommend this courier service to anyone and not even to my worst enemy. There is no communication at all from them even when yoh send them an email. The last thing you will see is a reference number and thats it. I work with courier companies daily they no where near DPD's pathetic service.
