Buffalo logistics and dpd I want my package.
Clearly Buffalo logistics and DPD thinks we are fools. I ordered with SHEIN on the 25th of March 2024, and it was handed over to 3rd party express which is Dpd.. yesterday (8/4/24) I get an sms saying my package is out for delivery and after 16h00 my status changes saying I wasn’t at the delivery address mean while they never arrived and they tried to cover themselves with that. Sent an email and still no response . I’ve been on the call line for over 20min and twice not getting through an agent. Please help how do I get my package??

09 Apr 2024, 11:19Finally came through the Line and they said I wasn’t at the address.. so basically I was supposed to be standing outside the gate the whole day making sure I don’t miss them in this rainy weather. If they really came why didn’t they call my number is on the package. Dpd has a nice name and brand and they always deliver.. this partnership with buffalo is going to ruin it for them. Please I want my order.
