Buffalo logistics and dpd I want my package.

DPD thinks we are fools. I ordered with SHEIN on the 28 of March 2024, and it was handed over to 3rd party express which is Dpd.. I get an sms saying my package is out for delivery and later my status changes saying .Package has been unsuccessfully delivered. Please check whether your address and phone number are correct, and keep the phone open. Meanwhile they never arrived and never called as I work on Saturdays .

I work with customers as well so to say the service is unacceptable and this is not customer service .Cleary we are not valued as client
