BOUGHT ON-LINE FROM QUEENSPARK WHO US DPD LASER - NEVER AGAIN

Absolutely the worst service imaginable, no communication, received email saying parcel is on the way, phoned after 5 hours of waiting asking when!!! Nobody knows, asked for the driver's mobile number - not allowed, asked if they had the slightest idea as to the time they should be delivering my parcel - no idea, unfortunately I had to go out so not what or when I will be lucky enough to get my parcel NEVER AGAIN AWFUL
