Bots

06 December 2022 I placed an online order for 3 items, 1 which came from CPT and 2 which (hasn’t) come from DUR.

I’m 100% convinced their call center is a bot that is just talking nonsense and their email inbox is not being monitored.

I don’t know how to get hold of these people to get my parcel.

I would NEVER recommend these people, even to my worst enemy.
