Beyond slow and *********** DPD Laser courier delivery service
It is taking DPD couriers 3 days so far to deliver a parcel to my home address. First there was confusion about my address, then apparently I wasnt home to receive the parcel, then I found out the parcel is still at their warehouse. Whole bs story about me not being home and faulty delivery address. I said I'll collect it at their warehouse. Now i must wait till tomorrow. Its taking 4 working days to deliver a parcel to Douglasdale Jhb. sent by Webmail. I am seriously upset. Contact person Genevieve who says she 'understands' does not help at all. Poor poor service. Don't lie to clients.

10 Jan 2024, 16:37On the online track yr delivery, they have blatantly **** in 4 instances stating, im not home, or could not contact me, or address is incorrect. I've been waiting at my home for 2 days, my cellphone is working, now i must expect a miracle before 11am . Waybill NLYWADEA08077. HALLO. parcel was collected on 8 January and will now be delivered on 11 January. Pathetic.
