Beyond shocking

I would give no stars if I could.

Requested collection of my packages by 12pm. 3 hours late they arrived and no one was there to give the collection.

I then requested for the packages to be collected the next day. 2 days later I was still waiting and chasing up. Consistently got no response or feedback. Eventually my packages were collected 3 days later but with no communication beforehand - they just arrived.

It has been over a week later and my packages haven’t been delivered. No feedback on the tracking and no communication on email. They clearly give zero F**ks about service.

No apologies, no urgency.

Do yourselves a favour and use ANY other courier. No one could possibly be as bad as these guys.

I will sit here waiting to hear where all my packages have gone.
