Beyond awful service

I wish I could give ZERO STARS! Awful! Communication is poor! Deliveries are very delayed and excuses are made when deliveries are not made. I wish companies would not use this courier service. Online shopping and delivery should be an easy experience. This put me off wanting to shop online. When phoning to enquire the staff is not professional - I have been put on hold for over 15 minutes then the line is dropped. This has happened on numerous occasions. It’s awful having to deal with this kind of a business.
