Beyond annoyed

I am beyond frustrated with the terrible service I received from DPD Laser. I was expecting a delivery today from Temu, only to get an SMS out of the blue saying it won’t be delivered. No explanation, no estimated new date ,just a vague message with no accountability.

When I called to find out what was going on, I was told there are no drivers available to cover my area. Seriously? How can a courier company operate without having proper driver coverage? It’s unacceptable that my order is delayed simply because of poor logistical planning on your end.

Your lack of professionalism and poor communication is deeply disappointing. Not only does it inconvenience the customer, but it also damages the reputation of your partners, like Asendia Logistics and Temu, who rely on you to deliver efficiently.

DPD Laser, if you cannot fulfill deliveries as promised, you should not be taking on the responsibility. Do better.
