BAD SERVICE from DPD

Bad service Worst service ever. My parcel has been at their depot for two days. Today is day 3 and they're now saying they have between 5-15 working days to deliver my parcel. I need my package ASAP and I have ordered for Eid. Shein stated that orders take between 8-12 working days from the date OF ORDER. How can dpd take so long. They also said that I cannot fetch from the warehouse. Ridiculous
