Bad service ever experienced

They don't deserve even one star they have the worst service ever, they have zero respect for their customers you can't trust them with anything, communicating with tham is a hassle, they not transparent, since Thursday my parcel is out for delivery even today it was out for delivery they keep sending me sms's I also emailed them asking what time will they deliver they said they close at 18h00, I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone they are bad if you want anxiety use them. I regret even placing my order if only I knew I they were using such courier I wouldn't have placed my order bad bad service they not taking any queries related with the delivery seriously. DON'T USE THIS COURIER FOR PEACE
