Bad service ever

I was expecting my parcel to be delivered yesterday but I received massages saying that my delivery attempt has failed.i called today and I spoke to Foster Masilo who told me that it failed because they didn't get hold of me, I explained to him that no one called me hence I am calling to enquire and Foster Masilo kept on insisting that they called several times and I didn't answer my phone. I don't even have a missed call from your company yet he kept on telling me that I should make sure that I answer my phone. He got irritated when ask as I told him no one called and what if I wait again tomorrow and still I don't get the call then what's gonna happen? He confirmed my details and they are correct . I need someone to sort this mess out because I have no idea of what is going on. I got the fist attemp failure massage at 08h45 and Foster Masilo said I was called around 9h00. Why would I get the massage that says attempt failed before the delivery call? Does it make sense?
