Bad Service

My parcel UADNPZMG was promised for delivery by 30 December 2022 and it never arrived and no explanation was sent. Today it's 3rd January 2023 and I phoned to follow up and I get told my parcel is not even scheduled for delivery yet. You failed to deliver by the time promised and are now not making any means to deliver my parcel and not communicating at all . This service is unacceptable.
