Bad service

I had a really unsettling experience with a DPD Laser courier in Sea Point during this week. He stared at me in a creepy, uncomfortable way the entire time he was at my door, making me feel unsafe. When he asked for a cool drink and I politely said no, he got visibly angry, raised his voice, and stormed off abruptly.He have tattoos in his face and a little dark complexion. Please be careful. Zero professionalism — it felt intimidating and downright creepy. Very disappointing service from DPD Laser. I won't use them again.
