Bad service

I am very disappointed with the service from DPD Laser. My parcel has been with them since the 26th, yet it has still not been delivered. Every time I follow up, I get a different excuse with no clear resolution. The lack of communication, transparency, and urgency is unacceptable.

I stay in Kempton Park, and the parcel has been sitting in their Kempton Park warehouse, but instead of delivering, they keep saying it’s being “processed.” What exactly are they processing for so many days? This is frustrating, unprofessional, and shows no respect for customers’ time.

DPD Laser needs to improve their delivery times and customer service drastically. At this point, I would not recommend their services to anyone.
