BAD SERVICE Dpd Laser

I have order goods from Shein my goods was with DPD Laser and my parcel was delivered on the 1st Sep after bussiness hours of which the company i work for close at 16h20, then on the 2nd Sep i called in the morning at 08h00 spk to a lady said the parcel is out on delivery. i called again at 14h00 was told they will let the driver know that he has to be there before 16h00 at 15h30 i called again and spk to another lady said the lady i spk to in the morning left a note for the driver to tell him to be here before 16h00. And iam still awaiting the must say they service is very very poor. they driver dont contact you or send a whatsapp nothing.
