Bad Service DPD Laser

Really bad service. Did tracking on 25/11 and was out for delivery. Received nothing. Called them on 29/11, 30/11 and 01/12 and everyday the same story, it is out on delivery........................... maybe to the moon? Can't believe that there is no manager or anybody else coming back to me with an answer with where are my parcel??
