Bad service delivery and customer service

The worst courier company in KZN; get a message saying they delivered my parcel but no parcel was delivered. You call the contact centre and they say they will call you back which they dont; you then call them again wait in a long queue, they eventually answer, you explain your whole issue which they acknowledge and then they pretend they cant hear you anymore and hang up.

Unprofessional service and still an undelivered parcel.
