Bad service

My order has been sitting in their warehouse since last week , i called them yesterday and the consultant told my stuff will be delivered today. I phoned them this morning, i was told that my stuff will be delivered tomorrow because there was an error in my address and no one cared enough to let me know. Other one said my erea is high risk and they can't send drivers there without security. My question is why I wasn't told about all these reasons. I could've cancellef the order last week instead i was told my stuff will be delivered. ML ***A1
