Bad service

I have ordered from Isabella Garcia on the 5th of December. And when I call I'm told my order was dispatched on the 7th is with Dpd laser. Yesterday I received a call from them saying they are delivering. Even now I have not received my order. I'm wondering why will Isabella continue doing business with this unreliable and *********** company 😡😡😡
