Bad service

So I bought a cellphone from Game only to find that it uses dpd laser as the courier company, they don't communicate with you, they send messages that they couldn't deliver and do not tell you a way forward.Days will pass and they will not say a thing..The consultant are *****, someone said my parcel is out on delivery and others said it's still at depot..I had no choice but to go and collect it, I used my cash to travel to where the depot is, they didn't even bother apologizing..My advise to everyone is that they should ask the store which courier are they using and if it's dpd laser don't buy from them because you will regret it..
