Bad service

The worst experience, my parcel has been out for delivery since Tuesday, its Thursday today. On tuesday they said they couldn't deliver due to not being able to reach me, so on wednesday I called them to give them an altinative number if they cant reach me, they didn't deliver saying I was unreachable, so this morning I called again but when they check if I was called?there were no logs cos I did not even receive a any call from them, not even missed call on sight

This is the worst service, or the driver is lazy to do his job, it was my first and last time I use this company
