Bad service

DPD Laser has had my parcel since the 25th of August, and I still haven’t received it. I waited the entire day on the 27th, only to receive an update saying ‘incomplete address.. they called explained my situation about address and was told the driver would call so I could give directions. Today, the same thing happened again no delivery, and they claimed I was unavailable, even though I was waiting the whole day.. didn't receive any call from them .. This is beyond frustrating.
