Bad Service

I have been waiting for a deliver and they promised me for 3 days I will get my order. Still have not received the order asked to speak to a supervisor / Manager and no one can put me through to anyone they just keep me on hold for and extra 15 min Spoke to the following people 21/12/2022 Sinathemba 22/12/2022 @ 14:52 Livhuwani 23/12/2022 @ 8:57 Nomhlanhla - she put me on hold for 15 min and never came back to me I had to redial the number 23/12/2022 @ 9:24 Innocentia - Also put me on hold for 10 min and couldn't assist me
