bad service

dpdlaser bad service for collection i called in on money to let them know i wont be available on monday when i got the massage for collection i recieved the massage at in the morning and advised according and asked the parcel to be picked up on tuesday on tuesday i called to ask when they be collectiong as it was late only to find out that no collection was scheduled i still proceeded with asking then again for collection and they promised they will do so on wednesday morning before 9 am i waited and it was 12 pm already and i called asked whats happening the told me no time was scheduled at this time im frastrated as there seems to be nothing good im getting from this dpdlaser service two hours later i get a call from the driver and i kept on saying hello and he was busy talking to other people and not attending to me as hes supposed to i decide to hang up and he calls back in and express how im at work and spent the last two minutes saying hi while he was talking to other people eventually i walk out to take my parcel for dilivery then he tells me why is it not closed as they dont open the to verify the parcel im like normally when i get collections they verify then close the box he then requested me to go look for salotape to close the parel and i advised wher will i get a salotape im at work. he responded by saying if they ***** them its not his problen as the box was not closed sith salotape. im dissapointed honestly because i called to log a complain and still was not helped poor service at its best
