Bad service

Worst courier company ever which will also take Carrol Boyes down with them, I bought staff from Carrol boyes they use DPD leaser to courier on Carrol boyes I was told that it takes up to 3 working day to get the parcel, when I track it on DPD LEASER it's says I will receive the parcel on the 19/08/2022 today is the 23/08/2022 no parcel information keep on changing on the website I have tried calling being promised one thing everytime u will get it tomorrow Carrol Boyes must get alternative courier if they want to keep their clients happy we are spending alot of money .
